About the Founder
Lori Zuker Briller
Lori Zuker Briller, a native of New York City, relocated to Los Angeles upon completing her studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she majored in Radio, TV, and Film. She currently resides in Sherman Oaks with her husband and two daughters. Lori embarked on her professional journey at CNN's Entertainment division before transitioning to the film industry with roles at Turner Pictures, Alec Baldwin’s El Dorado Pictures, and ultimately joining Overbrook Entertainment as a VP of Development, a Universal-based production company owned by Will Smith. Following her tenure at Overbrook, Lori transitioned to a career as a full-time Recruiter in the entertainment sector. She spent four years as an associate with The Robinson Company, a prominent entertainment executive search firm collaborating with major clients such as MGM, Paramount Studios, and Creative Artists Agency (CAA), among others. During her time at The Robinson Company, Lori spearheaded their assistant division and worked closely with various high-profile individuals.
In June 2005, Lori co-founded The Grapevine Agency alongside her business partner, Rachel Zalsansky Sheer. Over the past 19 years, they have successfully filled numerous roles for Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs), celebrities, entertainment companies, as well as firms in the tech, beauty, and media sectors. Additionally, Lori played a pivotal role as a founding member of Step Up, an organization dedicated to empowering girls from under-resourced communities to realize their full potential and pursue successful careers. Currently, Lori serves as a board member for Adopt Together, a non-profit crowdfunding platform that facilitates adoptions and connects children in need of loving homes with families looking to adopt. Having experienced the challenges of the adoption process firsthand and the immense joy it brought into her life through her daughter, Addison, Lori is passionate about supporting others on their adoption journeys and helping them achieve their dreams of building a family.
